Jon Ong

Jon Ong has been a public sector lawyer in the past 30 years. He was an active SU volunteer in the 1990s, and served at SU childrens' camps when these were held at Sentosa. Jon joined the SU Singapore Council in 2002 and led the national movement as its Chairman from 2006 to 2009. As regional Vice Chairman for Asia from 2007, Jon focused on planting SU ministries in certain cities and towns. He was elected to serve on the SU international board in 2011, and was part of the transformation team which integrated the African, American, European, Oceania and Asian regional ministries into one big global SU family in 2017. He is married with 2 children, all in active Christian ministries
